So how is 2011 treating everyone? Mine has been, eh.
We have battled minor virus after virus, I think we all have had our turn 3 times at this point. I am currently well. (knock on wood) I am sure in 2.4 seconds after I hit publish I will come down with the flu now.
January is my least favorite month. There is the holiday let down, the winter blues, cold, gray and drabby weather that makes you just want to hibernate.
But then something wonderful is happening.
I will get to see my man twice a week for months.
That's right. My baby grandpa (as Drew calls him) is going to be a judge for American Idol starting tomorrow. I have enjoyed watching his appearances on Letterman and Regis. Steven Tyler makes me smile, yes this is a little sad but true.
Also my new favorite show, Raising Hope comes back for a second season and also Hot In Cleveland.
OK that may be even sadder.
Yes, this person who didn't care that much for TV has found her winter niche' in comedy. It is healing. Trust me, tune in to one of those two shows if you need a laugh.
I still watch and love How I Met Your Mother, but those bastards have turned me into a bawling mess the past 2 episodes. Dead Daddies. NOT comedy guys!
Well being only my 2nd post for 2011 I think I already accomplished lamest post for this year so I will quit while I am ahead.
Hoping for inspiration soon.

Not a lame post at all. You are just telling it like it is and that is not lame. But I have to hand it to the little dog. Some men need to get it were they can. I guess he was in the shelter too long.
